Just a quick 20 minute HIIT workout to start the day today. By the end the number of burpees I could complete dropped off, but it was a good burn all over.
I wasn’t expecting this workout to be as challenging as it was but is another keeper. The manmakers done burpee style kept things interesting. I followed the intervals with 30min of spinning with 4 5min hills in there. Sweatfest!
It finally warmed up enough to get a good run in. I am shocked at my time considering the course was hilly snow-packed runs. A great way to start the day!
