01 Feb 2012 Workout: HIIT and Spin

This morning’s workout was a smoker and totally worth getting out of bed for – even if it didn’t seem that way at the time. 12 minutes of HIIT and 45 minutes of spinning. The goal was to maintain my target heart rate and for the most part I averaged 140-150bpm. Goal achieved!
