HIIT From Behind

Was able to get a short run in this morning, but there wasn’t quite enough time to if in the circuit I ahead planned, so I got it in after work. Even while I was planning it out, I knew it was going to be a tough one, but it proved even harder than anticipated.

This workout works the whole body and burned shoulders as much as it did quads. Even the core works hard in this one. This one is all about intensity!

This was the first time I tried dumbell snatches, so I went light to focus on form, but the next time I do it I think I’ll try 30#. 40# is still a bit too much for me with high reps. This one is a keeper and can easily be modified with more weight or jump squats to keep things challenging over time.
