Another new circuit for this morning. This one started off with a 4mi warm up run. Because it was the weekend I could wait until there was some light outside before I walked out the door. Don’t get me wrong, I love running in the dark, but this time of year my neighborhood is VERY dark. Once the snow starts falling it will reflect enough light to at least make it easy to see the road/trail surfaces.
The rest of the workout is detailed above. I do want to make sure and keep this one in mind for the winter when the temps drop down far enough that going outside is out of the question. Increasing the number of rounds in the workout will definitely kick into cardio endurance. Increasing the speed at which you do the exercises will definitely make things more challenging.
