Woke up this morning knowing that I wanted to workout, but didn’t quite have the motivation. This being the case, I went out to split some wood to wake up, which worked great. I finally got in Zuzana’s ZWOW #4, the details of which are above. The burpees ended up being what kicked my butt more than anything, and if I were to do this workout again, I would increase the KB Swings and the Squats. Regardless, it’s a great workout to push as hard as possible.
I finished things up with 60min of moderate spinning (Average HR 131bpm). Glad I hung in a little and waited for motivation.
